  3. I'm already a healthy eater no gluten, dairy or refined sugar. I've just been put on the FODMAP diet due to intolerances. Food is already so limited for me I feel like I'm either going to starve to death, die of food boredom or start resenting carrots.. I am sooooo happy I stumbled upon your blog. Now for the first time since starting this diet I am excited about the prospects and looking forward to the journey to good health.
